This policy outlines the terms and conditions for any fees paid to Twelve 28 Rx for participation in our Brand Partner Program and access to digital business tools.

1. One-Time Activation Fee
   All new brand partners are required to pay a one-time activation fee of $89. This payment covers:
   • Account setup
   • Access to your partner dashboard and replicated website
   • Marketing tools and training content

   This fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated and access to digital assets has been granted.

2. Monthly Tech Access Fee
   An ongoing $8 monthly fee is required to maintain access to:
   • Your live partner portal and landing page
   • Ongoing updates, training, and support infrastructure
   • Continued referral and commission tracking

   The first $8 charge begins immediately after activation and recurs monthly. This subscription may be canceled at any time by submitting a cancellation request in writing.

3. Failed or Missed Payments
   If your monthly subscription payment fails (due to expired card, insufficient funds, or other issues), your access to the platform and commission tracking will be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved. After 14 days of non-payment, your account may be marked inactive.
4. Refund Policy

   All payments made to Twelve 28 Rx are considered final. We do not offer refunds for activation or subscription fees once your account is active, regardless of usage.

5. Billing Changes and Cancellations

   You may update your billing information or cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at support@twelve28rx.com. Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

6. Chargeback Policy

   Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support will be considered a violation of our partner terms. This may result in permanent account deactivation and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
